Al Hawkamah, The Institute of Governance (TIG) is where the ACME paradigm, the Paradigm for Sustainable Achievement, is fostered and conveyed through a series of Knowledge Transfer Sessions (KNOTS). Dr. Higazy’s contribution to theorize and develop the Wisdom Age Paradigm goes beyond his philosophical contribution to the next echelon of thinking and rationale – namely Strategic Thinking – and further towards structured cognition. The ACME strategic process is not a limited endeavor of strategy formulation. It is a combined processes of sustainable strategy (institutional) paradigm and posture establishment, and further enlivening. Through the process, the actions of ‘strategize’ and ‘institutionalize’ are organically intertwined in the space known by strategy space (wholistic vision echelon of thinking – review TCT). It is a process of thinking and achievement-base creation. Institutional Governance per the ACME requirements apply to families, corporations and societies at large. It constitutes from a mechanism-standpoint the set of platforms deemed eligible to set and maintain strategic directions and capable of building a decision base and reaching verdicts in accordance. From a documentation literature standpoint, it comprises the set of policies and procedure that would ascertain the proper functioning of such platforms.
