Dr. El Mostafa Higazy is a Humanist, Strategic Thinker, and Institutional Sustainable Development guru. His magnum opus, Termini Context Thinking ‘TCT’ (2002), dubbed Humanistic Terminalism is considered one of the founding schools of sociopolitical/socioeconomic philosophy of the Wisdom Age of Humanity, yet to emerge. In the political economy realm, Dr. Higazy, brings to bear 25 years of comprehensive experience in Strategic Advisory, Governance Advocacy, Investment Management, Organizational Psychology, Institutional Sustainable Development, and Strategic Philanthropy; all encompassed in the Industry of Thinking domain. His professional experience is complemented through an extended academic profile that encompasses the technical aspects of development. Dr. Higazy is the founder of ACME Corp Global – a Strategic Advisory and Investment Management Corporation, NASAQ Foundation for Humanistic Thinking and SQUARE Institute for Strategic Thinking – an Advocacy Think Tank. ACME Corp was founded as the socioeconomic arm of practice through which sustainable developmental models pillared upon NASAQ’s philosophical and strategic models are enlivened. In his capacity as President of ACME Corp-Global, Dr. Higazy chairs the Corporate Board of Directors and the Executive Boards of the Corporate SBUs, namely ACME Advisors, ACME Investments, Millennium HC&IP. He is also the Founder and Chairman of ACME Energy Group Global and ACME Energy Management Holding- Near East Territories (NET).

Geographically, the expertise of Dr. Higazy covers North America and the Western cluster of the European Union, and has an extended presence in the MENA region. The Strategic Advisory practice of ACME Corp, catered for Public & Private Sector entities with a special emphasis on Family Businesses, Semi-Government Organizations (PPPs), NGOs and NPOs (Non-Governmental Organizations and Non-Profit Organizations). Dr. Higazy held the position of the State Strategic Advisor for the Egyptian Presidency and Former President Adly Mansour as of July 2013 and through the supra-constitutional term. Prior to founding ACME Corp, Dr. Higazy held academic professorship positions in the University of Southern California (USC), USA and Ain Shams University, Egypt. Active in civic and professional affairs, Dr. Higazy sits on several boards and draws on his capacity as strategic thinker, institutional development authority, and advisor to multinational corporations and governments. He is a founding member of the Institute of Administrative Corporate Governance, a member of the Advisory Committee of the World Bank and the Board of Trustees in the World Conference of the Islamic Development. Dr. Higazy is also a prolific writer — authoring editorials, journal and conference papers, and books on Humanism, Strategy, as well as on Institutional, Corporate and Family Governance, and further relating to ‘Post-Industrial/Post-Knowledge’ Leadership. His writings recently focus on Humanistic Sustainability, Post-Industrial Redefinition of the ‘Nation State,’ and the emergence of post-knowledge Socio-political and Socio-economic Institutions. The most prominent examples are his recent books; Rosetta Stone: A Safe Exit for Egypt and Egyptian Sisyphus: The Dilemma of Governance in Egypt and the Arab World which were published in 2013 and 2018 respectively.
